Meeting areas at the FCC

Chameleon Ballroom. The room can accommodate up to 295 tables & chairs or 500 with only chairs. The room can be divided into three separate rooms or used as one large room. It is equipped with sound and audio visual system with three screens. There is a stage for special ceremonies or programs along with a fire place for that cozy warm feeling. Ensure you coordinate in advance for the electronics to ensure your program goes smoothly. All tables and chairs set up and breakdown is the responsibility of the POC. 

Cimarron Room. This room can accommodate up to 49 people comfortably. It is equipped with sound and an audio visual system with screen. The room is bright and perfect for training. The room is set up classroom style for your convenience.

There is also an outdoor patio area with furniture, portable grill and shade structure available for those outside parties or events. Reservations are required. A completed contract is required for all room reservations – pick up and complete at the FCC in advance. A refundable cleaning fee will be required for all events having food.
