Also located inside the Freedom Community Center is the Framing & Engraving Shop, offering professional-quality products at affordable prices. From personalized gifts and awards to custom framing and engraving, there are options for a variety of needs. You can even bring in your own item and have it customized for a unique, personal touch!

Information, Tickets & Travel

ITT (Information, Tickets & Travel) is also conveniently located inside the Freedom Community Center! Stop by to purchase discounted tickets to your favorite theme parks, attractions, and entertainment destinations. Whether you’re planning a family getaway or your next adventure, ITT can help make it easier and more affordable!

Meeting/event locations at the FCC include the use of tables/chairs/AV equipment needed to support each event at no charge.

Ballroom

The Ballroom offers a spacious and elegant setting for a variety of events, accommodating up to 295 guests with tables and chairs or 500 guests with chair seating only. The space features a stage ideal for ceremonies and special presentations, as well as a fireplace that adds warmth and ambiance. For smaller gatherings, the Ballroom can be divided into three separate event spaces.

The Ballroom is also equipped with a sound and audiovisual system featuring three screens. Please coordinate all audiovisual needs in advance to help ensure your event runs smoothly.

Please note: Setup and breakdown of all tables and chairs is the responsibility of the event Point of Contact (POC).

Cimarron Room

This bright, welcoming conference room comfortably accommodates up to 49 guests and provides an ideal setting for training sessions, meetings, and presentations. The room is conveniently arranged classroom-style and features a fully equipped audiovisual system to help ensure your presentation runs smoothly.

The Freedom Community Center also offers a furnished outdoor patio area with umbrella-covered picnic tables, providing a comfortable space for outdoor gatherings, parties, and special events.

Multi Purpose Room (located at the Base Exchange)

A great location for after the duty day or weekend training, parties or classes is located inside the BX mall. Surrounded by mirrors, your booking is supported with tables, chairs and A/V equipment.


